Unique Bureau that has lift up drawer to store books (like a lawyer's bookcase - see picture below).

Lovely barley twist legs and nice carving on the lid.
Made from Quartersawn Oak that shows a lovely grain and is medium in tone.

The interior has a nice leather writing surface and compartments for letters and accessories!

Excellent condition.
